Excellent condition No noticeable scratches, dents or marks. Out of the box condition.
Good condition Minor scratches and marks. No dents, bent corners or discolouration to the chassis.
Fair condition Noticeable scratches, dents, discolouration and/or marks around the chassis. However no excessive heavy wear.
Poor condition Numerous significant scratches, cuts, marks & dents, visible misshaping of the chassis or body warping and any other damage consider as excessive.

Good condition There may be minor hairline scratches or lamination wear on the screen, but nothing that can be seen in normal viewing distance.
Fair condition Lamination wear, such as keyboard marks. Minor chips or scratches in the glass, a single dead pixel, or a screen bleed or bruise.
Poor condition Large cracks, scratches, chips in the glass, multiple dead pixels, screen bleeds, bruises or functional issues with the screen.
