Make payment upfront or Apply for PayPal Credit. Working with our payment provider PayPal to allow you to pay your way on your terms, either via Card, PayPal, Finance or Bank Transfer.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is debited from your card at the time of purchase. We also accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Direct Bank Transfers. We do not take payments over the phone for security reasons.
If you would like to purchase with bank transfer select this option upon checkout. Proceed with your order as normal and your order will be confirmed and a page showing our bank details will appear.
Please make payment to the provided account information in GBP. Payments made with other currencies will be subject to an exchange fee which you will be required to pay.
Our team will confirm in an email once payment has been made and the full amount has been received in our account.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure MacFinder uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provided by Comodo. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in a secure mode.
We are also a PCI compliant business and abide by security regulations for our internal systems, cloud solutions and online security, as well as data handling procedures. Our PCI compliance security is audited monthly and our policies quarterly by Trustwave SecureTrust in partnership with PayPal.
We undertake to provide the highest standard of service, whilst acting responsibly at all times. If, however, in the unlikely event that you do have a complaint regarding our credit broking service we provide you with then please let us know in person, in writing, by phone or email and we will seek to resolve your complaint promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response you may wish to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please note our technical team and repair centre is exclusive to MacFinder customers. We do not ‘repair’ or ‘refurbish’ systems as a service to customers. We only perform work on systems purchased from our store.
