We now accept 2020 models and newer as standard. Eligibility may vary depending on the exact model, specification, and condition.

Our pricing algorithm is tailored to each device and assesses both resale value and the value of individual parts. If a device has no viable resale or parts value, it may not be accepted for trade-in.

What If Your Device Isn’t Accepted?

If your device isn’t eligible for trade-in, we won’t provide a monetary offer but we can still help.

In many cases, we offer a free recycling service, which will be clearly indicated on the website when your device is assessed. This ensures your device is disposed of responsibly.
