How do I get my shipping label?

How to Send Your Device to Us

We offer both collection from your home or workplace and drop-off options. Please follow the guidance carefully to ensure your device is fully protected in transit.

Collection from Home or Work

If you’ve arranged a collection, the process is simple:

Driver brings the label
You do not need to print anything

Hand over your parcel
The driver will attach the label

Get a receipt
This is essential for tracking and proof of collection

Dropping Off Your Parcel

If you’re dropping your device off, there are two options:

Using a Shipping Box Provided by Us

Your box will arrive with a pre-attached shipping label

Simply seal the parcel securely

Take it to a DPD drop-off shop (not a locker)

Request a receipt when handing it over

Using Your Own Box

We will send you a QR code from [email protected]

Take your parcel to one of our recommended drop-off shops

These locations have printers to generate your label

The shop will scan your QR code and print and attach the label

Request a receipt when handing it over

Important Guidelines (Please Read)

Do not use lockers
Lockers do not provide receipts and are not suitable for high-value items.

Only use recommended drop-off shops.
These locations can print labels and provide proof of handover.

Always get a receipt
This is your only proof that the parcel has been handed over.

Package your device securely
Poor packaging may invalidate cover if the item is damaged or lost.

Important: Loss & Cover

If your device is:

Not packaged securely, or

Dropped off somewhere without a receipt, or

Placed in a locker

You may not be covered if the item goes missing.
