Please follow the guidance carefully to ensure your device is fully protected in transit.Collection from Home or WorkIf you’ve arranged a collection, the process is simple:Driver brings the label You do not need to print anythingHand over your parcel The driver will attach the labelGet a receipt This is essential for tracking and proof of collectionDropping Off Your ParcelIf you’re dropping your device off, there are two options:Using a Shipping Box Provided by UsYour box will arrive with a pre-attached shipping labelSimply seal the parcel securelyTake it to a DPD drop-off shop (not a locker)Request a receipt when handing it overUsing Your Own BoxWe will send you a QR code from [email protected]Take your parcel to one of our recommended drop-off shopsThese locations have printers to generate your labelThe shop will scan your QR code and print and attach the labelRequest a receipt when handing it overImportant Guidelines (Please Read)Do not use lockers Lockers do not provide receipts and are not suitable for high-value items.Only use recommended drop-off shops.
