My item was damaged in transit. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below so we can arrange a replacement and collection.

Step 1: Contact us

Get in touch with our support team as soon as possible after receiving the item. You can do this by replying to your order email or contacting our support team directly.

Step 2: Take photos of the damage

Please take clear photos showing:

  • The damaged item
  • The outer box
  • The internal packaging
  • Any visible impact or crushed areas

These photos help us process the claim quickly and arrange a replacement.

Step 3: Repack the item safely

Please place the item back into the original packaging to prevent further damage. This is especially important for fragile devices such as iMacs, particularly if the screen or glass is damaged.

Do not dispose of the original packaging, as it will be required for your return.

Step 4: Collection and replacement

Once we have confirmed the damage, we will arrange:

  • Free a drop-off return of the damaged item
  • A replacement to be sent as quickly as possible
