How do I track my order delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details by email. This allows you to follow your delivery and see real-time updates as it makes its way to you.

We use different couriers depending on the size and destination of your order:

  • Royal Mail for smaller items
  • DPD for mainland UK deliveries
  • DHL for international orders

All orders are sent using fully tracked services, so you’ll always be able to monitor progress.

If your order is being delivered by DPD, you’ll receive a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the morning of delivery, giving you a more precise arrival window.
