About This Mac

The 11-inch Wi-Fi iPad Pro with M5 refined the M4 generation’s thin OLED design in 2025, with its biggest changes in computing and connectivity. M5 expanded graphics and on-device AI processing, while memory in the 256GB and 512GB models rose from 8GB to 12GB for heavier workloads. The N1 wireless chip brought Wi-Fi 7 for compatible networks. The tandem OLED screen and overall design carried over, making this a performance refresh rather than a new display generation. The cellular 11-inch M5 iPad Pro added C1X-powered mobile data to the compact Pro.
