About This Mac

The 11-inch cellular iPad Pro with M5 introduced Apple’s C1X modem to the small Pro in 2025, alongside the M5 processor. M5 expanded graphics and on-device AI processing, while memory in the 256GB and 512GB models rose from 8GB to 12GB for heavier workloads. The N1 wireless chip brought Wi-Fi 7 for compatible networks. The tandem OLED screen and overall design carried over, making this a performance refresh rather than a new display generation. The Wi-Fi-only 11-inch M5 iPad Pro offered the M5 performance and OLED screen where Wi-Fi was sufficient.
