About This Mac

The 13-inch Wi-Fi iPad Pro with M4 replaced the 12.9-inch Pro in 2024, combining a much thinner body with a tandem OLED screen. OLED replaced mini-LED for precise black levels, while the reduced weight made the large canvas easier to carry and hold. M4 brought more processing headroom, and the landscape front camera better suited calls with a keyboard attached. The accessory design also changed, so older Pro keyboards and Pencils could not simply be assumed to fit. The cellular 13-inch M4 iPad Pro added mobile connectivity to the large OLED workspace.
