Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and issue a refund if it has not yet entered the final stage of fulfilment.

Cancellation deadline

The cancellation deadline is usually 15:30 on the business day before your estimated or selected delivery date. After this time, your order may already be packed or with the courier.

If your order has already shipped

If your order has entered the final stage of fulfilment, we will attempt to recall the parcel. However, this is not always possible once it has been handed to the courier.

If we are unable to stop delivery, you will need to follow the standard returns process once the order arrives.
