Once you’ve been paid, we own the item, and you cannot cancel the trade-in. We do not need a reason for the cancellation; you’re entitled to change your mind anytime.Cancelling before shipping: If your item has not been shipped to us, let our team know, and we can cancel any collections or collection pack deliveries. Suppose you have received a collection pack and decide to cancel your sale before collection or drop-off. In that case, you will be required to pay a fee of £15, and an electronic invoice will be sent to you.
