What Is Your Part Exchange Process

Receive Your Credit / Payout Before Paying for Your New Item.

1. Submit your quotation to us online.
2. Receive your collection pack.
3. Have your item collected by our courier.
4. We will perform our inspection and then add the funds to your account.
5. Place your order and use your store credit against the balance of the order.

The only downside to this is that you would be without a Mac briefly. If you would prefer not to be, we offer an alternative process.

Place Your Order First, Then Receive a Refund on Your Part Exchange.

1. Place your order for your new Mac.
2. Submit your quotation to us online and select a delivery date far enough in the future. If you’re unsure what date to choose, contact us, and we will manage the exchange for you.
3. Receive your new Mac and collection pack.
4. Have your item collected by our courier.
5. We will perform our inspection and then refund the amount to your order payment method.

With this exchange process, you’ll have zero downtime; however, you must make the total payment upfront before receiving your rebate.
