We grade our devices with three simple conditions: Pristine (Like New), Standard Condition, and Cosmetic Imperfections. Pristine (Like New)Our highest quality Macs. Pristine devices come in a flawless condition with no signs of use. These devices will be boxed with original packaging, but they’ve been unsealed, only to allow for testing by our technicians, guaranteeing our high standards are always met.Pristine devices will have fewer than 10 battery cycles. Standard ConditionThe perfect balance between price and quality; Standard Condition devices have minor signs of expected wear and tear. No screen imperfections are visible from a regular viewing distance, and battery health is at 80% or higher of its original capacity.Standard Condition devices may come with the original box if available, although this is not guaranteed. Cosmetic ImperfectionsDevices with this condition grade are perfect for budget-conscious buyers and they give you a fully functional device at a lower price. These devices may have a range of cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches or scuffs, but performance and internal components are unaffected.For devices graded as cosmetically imperfect, photos and detailed notes are provided for complete transparency.
