The original Wi-Fi iPad Air made the full-size iPad easier to carry in 2013, retaining a 9.7-inch Retina screen in a narrower, lighter body. Slimmer side borders reduced the bulk compared with the fourth-generation iPad, while A7 introduced 64-bit processing for a new generation of apps. The change made portability a stronger part of the full-size iPad’s appeal without shrinking its reading canvas. The screen was still unlaminated, and the Home button had no fingerprint sensor. The cellular first-generation iPad Air added mobile data to this lighter full-size design.
Our team are available from 9 am till 5 pm, Monday to Friday and 10 am till 4 pm on a Saturday to assist with any query you may have. Please get in touch and we will do our utmost to ensure we respond quickly and correctly.
