About This Mac

The iPhone 16e brought A18 and a 6.1-inch OLED display to a simpler entry in Apple’s 2025 range. It introduced Apple’s C1 cellular modem and paired a single 48MP rear camera with a 2x sensor-cropped view, covering everyday photographs without a separate telephoto lens. USB-C and the Action button modernised the controls and charging connection. Compared with the iPhone 16, it omitted the ultra-wide camera, Camera Control and MagSafe, while keeping a notch and 60Hz display, making the feature trade-offs more significant than the similar size suggests.
