The M6 Mac mini continued the small, front-port design of the 2024 M4 Mac mini, updating the everyday desktop option in 2026. M6 brought a revised CPU and graphics architecture, while Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 improved connections to compatible networks and accessories. Support for three displays made the little box suitable for a larger working desktop without a tower. Its rear ports remained Thunderbolt 4, however, and memory stopped at 32GB, leaving the Pro version for heavier projects and higher-bandwidth expansion.
