Pro Display XDR

Believing is seeing.

Apple took a completely different approach to their new Display compared to their previous models. It’s release in 2019 was after a 3 year sabbatical where Apple instead offered an LG ultra-fine display. Along side the launch of the Mac Pro 7,1 the Pro Display XDR was intended to disrupt the professional display market where the only real options were for £40,000+ monitors. The features included a 6k colour-calibrated display, 1 million to 1 contrast ratio, 218 pixels per inch and 1600 nits brightness.
