The late-2012 13-inch MacBook Pro brought the Retina redesign to Apple’s smaller professional laptop. Compared with the mid-2012 non-Retina 13-inch MacBook Pro, its much sharper screen and slimmer, lighter body changed the everyday experience more than the familiar dual-core processors. Flash storage became standard, while HDMI and a second Thunderbolt port improved display connections. The gains came with a clear change in ownership: the optical drive disappeared, memory was soldered in place, and the internal storage was less straightforward to replace than a conventional drive.
Our team are available from 9 am till 5 pm, Monday to Friday and 10 am till 4 pm on a Saturday to assist with any query you may have. Please get in touch and we will do our utmost to ensure we respond quickly and correctly.
Please note our technical team and repair centre is exclusive to MacFinder customers. We do not ‘repair’ or ‘refurbish’ systems as a service to customers. We only perform work on systems purchased from our store.
