It is important to us at MacFinder that we are accountable to our customers, passionate about our product and provide outstanding quality. We like our teams to think consumer first and we do everything we can to avoid creating a compromise for the customer. Furthermore being fair and honest is key to building a good relationship as if we don’t behave that way with our customers how can we build upon those principles in the workplace.
When you begin working with MacFinder we provide expert training to improve your skills and get you certified. For our technicians that entails your official Apple Mac Technician training and any further supplemented qualifications. However training doesn’t stop there. We offer the opportunity for our teams to pick and choose additional qualifications that they would like to achieve that will help their work with us, develop their skills and set them up for a career in the industry.
You could join any one of our thirteen teams from accounts to sales or our technical workshop. We have a diverse workforce from a wide range of backgrounds and offer an inclusive and progressive work place. We’re proud of everyone of our employees and the work they achieve. We have an incredibly low staff turnover and most of our employees have been with us for over five years.

Our team are available from 9 am till 5 pm, Monday to Friday and 10 am till 4 pm on a Saturday to assist with any query you may have. Please get in touch and we will do our utmost to ensure we respond quickly and correctly.
Please note our technical team and repair centre is exclusive to MacFinder customers. We do not ‘repair’ or ‘refurbish’ systems as a service to customers. We only perform work on systems purchased from our store.
