In 2015 Apple released their first iPad Pro lineup. This 12.9-inch was accompanied but a smaller 9.7-inch more similar to the iPad Air which was previously the flag ship model. This huge iPad quickly became a fan favourite for those who wanted an iPad experience with a screen size closer to that of a laptop. Alongside the iPad Pro the Apple Pencil stylus and attachable keyboard were added to their store and sold separately.
